Weatherman visits Larne Grammar School
A selection of Year 11 and Year 13 pupils were treated to an insight into the workings of the Met Office.
Mr Wylie spoke to them about the weather and climate of Northern Ireland and some of the many activities which the Met Office undertakes.

Hide AdThis includes being the public face of producing the forecast, and that it is one of the top two research facilities in the world that studies the many uncertain effects of climate change.
Mr Wylie stayed for over an hour and the pupils were delighted to meet him and gain some insight into his work.
Year 11 pupil Jonny Topping said: “The visit was very interesting. It has definitely changed my view on what the Met Office does by showing me that, as well as preparing charts, they also collect and analyse data.”
