Man, 64, arrested in DVLA fraud probe

Detectives investigating alleged fraud at a DVLA premises have arrested a man in his 60s in Ballymena.

A police spokesperson said: “Detectives in Ballymena, investigating allegations of fraud at DVLA premises, have arrested a 64 year old man.

“He was arrested in the Ballymena area yesterday, Wednesday 29 March, on suspicion of fraud by abuse of position.

“He has been interviewed and subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.”
