Thanks to an overwhelming number of requests, the Lissan Horse Riders will hold an open day and barbecue on Saturday, September 17th.

Riders can enjoy hacking or jumping options around the picturesque 300-acre Lissan House estate on the outskirts of Cookstown.

The group will provide a safe environment of off-road trails around the stunning countryside.

Thre will be over 40 natural type jumps over a 4 or 6 mile route. It is great for natural fence and cross country schooling.

Hats and boots must be worn and all children must wear back protectors.

Adults are £15 while those under 18 can take part for £10. Annual membership is £100 or £150 for a family which includes unlimited use of the estate trails.
