Design a Chritsmas card for BARK
The dog shelter at the former Safari Park looking for budding artists from local primary schools to design its official Christmas card.
Shaun, from BARK, explained: "Since Louise took over the kennels from the USPCA, we have all been overwhelmed by the generosity and support shown by Times readers, and this is our chance to give something
back.

any way.
"At this time of the year we find that people no longer want their older dogs and they bring them to us to make way for a new puppy for Christmas - hence the important saying 'a dog is for life, not just for
Christmas'. We want our Christmas card to drive home this important message."
The competition is open to all primary schools in the Coleraine Borough Council and Ballymoney and Moyle Council areas. The Christmas card design must be no bigger than A4 size and must be dog related.
Entrants should include their name, age and school.
