Orangemen’s boost for MacMillan Fund
Anna White and Barbara Logan were present to accept an amount of £370, the proceeds of a service held in Bushmills Presbyterian Church last year. The event was hosted by Bushmills and District Lodge and included the four other districts of Rasharkin, Cloughmills, Ballymoney and Ballycastle.
This is the third year of the fund-raiser and officers of the North Antrim Amalgamated Committee who oversee the initiative have decided that local charities will benefit – hence the nomination of MacMillan Cancer.

This year’s district service will be held on Sunday, May 11 in Ballymoney. Brethren and Sisters are asked to assemble at Townhead Street at 2.45 p.m. for a service in the Free Presbyterian Church at 3.30 p.m.
Minister of the Church, Rev. David Park, will conduct the proceedings. The money raised from this service will then be presented at Cloughmills Orange Hall on June 14. The organisers would like to thank all those who contributed to their latest service and are confident that more money will be raised on June 11.
